Eagers Automotive in Newcastle is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main contact for customers, both in person and on the phone. You will understand customer needs, explain the required services, and coordinate with sales, service and repair teams.

The role requires robust organisation, excellent communication, a current NSW driver's licence, and familiarity with ERA and Pentana systems. You will greet customers, estimate charges, brief departments, track progress and keep customers updated.
