Our opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and passionateAssistantCentre Directorto assist the Centre Director with leading our team and managing the day-to-day operations of our Childcare Centre. Guiding and nurturing our children and team we know that you play a crucial role driving both educational outcomes and business success.

About you:

Experience:Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Centre Director.

Qualification:A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)





Skills:Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Vision:A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused environment

Growth Mindset:Ability to identify opportunities for growth, improve operational systems, and lead the Centre towards increased occupancy and success

Compliance:An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
