Role Responsibilities

- Coordinate the full employee life cycle
n
- Build and develop a customer‐service focused team
n
- Achieve sales growth and meet store KPI targets
n
- Launch catalogue campaigns and visual merchandising initiatives

- Daily stock recovery & replenishment
n
- Implement stock‐integrity initiatives to increase department profit
n
- Manage high‐volume stock movement efficiently
n

- Strong time management and multitasking skills
n
- Experience in visual merchandising and activity set‐up
n
- Physically capable of handling large volumes of stock
n
- Owner's mindset with a passion for inspiring the team
n
- Resilient, innovative problem‐solver
n
- Ability to analyse sales, reporting and P&L; data
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- IT competency
n
- First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
