New Vehicle Sales Manager - Zeekr Parramatta

As the New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, achieving dealership sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer journey from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the new vehicle sales team.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor sales processes and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise market opportunities.
- Manage leads, customer follow-up activities, and conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
- Work collaboratively with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Marketing departments.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales professionals to build a high-performing team.

About you

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant within the automotive industry.




- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Passion for customer service and delivering outstanding experiences.
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership management software.
- A current and valid driver's licence.
