PCYC NSW in Lithgow is seeking a passionate Youth Worker to join our Youth Programs Team. You will support disengaged youth through the 10-week Fit for Work program, facilitate group sessions, and work with a co-mentor to deliver engaging activities in a school-like setting.

The role requires a WWCC and National Police History check (issued within the last 6 months) and relevant youth work qualifications, with hours Monday to Thursday 8am–4pm.
