A leading Australian manufacturer with a strong national dealer network is seeking a commercially minded Dealer Liaison Manager to support, develop and strengthen dealer partnerships across Australia.

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this role serves as the key link between head office and the national dealer network.

About the Role

As Dealer Liaison Manager, you will oversee day-to-day engagement with a national dealer network, conducting site visits, monitoring performance, supporting sales and marketing initiatives and ensuring dealers have the tools, training and product knowledge required to represent the brand successfully.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support a national dealer network, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies and brand expectations.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to assess sales performance, operational effectiveness, stock levels and brand compliance.
- Develop strong relationships with dealer principals, sales teams and key stakeholders across the network.
- Deliver product, sales, customer service and technical training to improve dealer capability and customer outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership outlining dealer performance, challenges and opportunities.
- Coordinate dealer involvement in trade shows,



exhibitions and promotional activities alongside internal stakeholders.

About You

You may come from a dealer, franchise, distribution, channel partner, automotive, equipment, machinery or other related wholesale or trade-based environment.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Proven experience in dealer, franchise, distribution, channel, territory or network management.
- Solid relationship building, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse sales data, inventory performance and market trends.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Australia.
