The Role

n

n
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Student Recruitment Officers
n
- Coach, mentor and improve individual and team sales performance through call reviews, feedback and roleplays
n
- Drive team KPIs, activity levels and learner enrolment outcomes
n
- Recruit, onboard and develop new team members
n
- Conduct quality assurance and support continuous improvement in sales effectiveness (conversion)
n
- Proactively identify and report underperformance
n
- Foster a positive, accountable, high-performance team culture
n
- Stay hands-on — contribute directly to team performance through outbound sales activity and modelling best practice
n
- You'll be across a clear performance scorecard covering team speed-to-contact, talk time, dials, upfront cash, commencements and conversion — with regular 1:1s, QC checks and coaching cadences to keep your team on track.

About You

n

n
- 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams within education, RTO or higher education, with a proven track record coaching individuals to exceed targets and improve performance.
n
- Extensive experience in education sales, with a robust understanding of the student enrolment journey, compliance requirements and a consultative sales process.
n
- Demonstrated experience leading, motivating and developing sales teams through coaching,



accountability and performance management.
n
- Qualifications in Business, Leadership & Management, Education or a related discipline are highly regarded. Equivalent leadership experience will also be considered.
n
- A genuine passion for developing people, building capability and creating future leaders.
n
