Reporting to the Director for Business Services & Tax,
you will lead an experienced team of accountants to and provide advisory solutions to a broad range of clients and your key role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead, coach and advise a team of accountants
- Provide a high-level business advisory perspective to clients
- Provide oversight to ensure client solutions are robust
- Assist with the onboarding of new team members
- Support the Director for BS&T; where required
Skills/Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience is essential
- CA or CPA qualified
- 5-7 years’ experience in chartered accounting
- Advanced knowledge of different accounting software and technologies
- Experience working within a client service setting
- Sound understanding of Accounting Practices and Standards
- Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team
