We’re looking for reliable, physically capable individuals to join a rapid-paced distribution centre in Prestons. This ongoing assignment offers a potential Temp-to-Perm opportunity with pay starting at $34/hr.

Their Prestons distribution centre keeps goods moving smoothly to stores, offering a fast-paced and supportive work environment. The Role:

As a Pick-Packer, you’ll be responsible for:

- Voice picking and preparing orders for dispatch
- Pallet wrapping, stacking, and general warehouse duties
- Working in cold storage areas when required (PPE provided)
- Meeting daily pick targets in a high-volume environment

Shifts Available:

Currently, we have two shift start times available:





- 5:00 AM – Early morning shift

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 6–8 hours per shift. Flexibility is appreciated for availability of shifts over the week but always the same shift start time.

What We’re Looking For:

- Physically Capable: Comfortable with repetitive lifting and handling heavy goods
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is key when picking and preparing orders
- Adaptable: Willing to work in cold storage and assist with a variety of warehouse tasks
- Reliable & Punctual: Flexible to work across the available shifts
- Team Player: Able to collaborate and meet team and individual targets in a busy warehouse
