We're on the hunt for a passionate Chef to join our agile kitchen team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating memorable dining experiences that excite and delight our guests.

A day in the life of a Chef:

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that "WOW" our guests
n
- Contribute positively to our culture which is centered around safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
n
- Maintain a consistent standard of high quality and well presented dishes that align with the ALH standard
n

About you:

n

n
- You have great experience working in a fast paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications
n
- You understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity
n
- Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
n

Inherent requirements:

- This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
