Due to our unprecedented growth, our stores within the Gold Coast area are currently seeking motivated and hardworking candidates to join our supermarkets as a department manager in training!

The successful applicants will be given the necessary training and skills required to eventually progress into a management role, leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of their department.

Working as part of an enthusiastic team in a fast-paced supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

- Grocery and fresh food retail knowledge (desired but not essential)
n
- Capable of leading and motivating a team
n
- Ability to order and control costs
n
- Ability to understand gross profit calculations
n
- Ability to create rosters
n
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very 'hands-on' approach
n

- Ability to liaise with both team members and management

- Ability to coach, train, and performance manage team members
