Iron Mountain in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast is seeking an IT Field Technician to support hardware refreshes and end-user IT services on a casual basis. You will perform end-to-end PC rollouts, imaging, data migrations, and post-installation support, with ServiceNow for task tracking.
Strong Windows 10/11 and Office 365 knowledge required. Ideal candidates have experience with large-scale deployments, excellent communication with government stakeholders, and a qualified appearance.
