Crystalbrook Byron is seeking a passionate Commis Chef – Pastry to join our kitchen brigade on a casual basis. You will assist with desserts, pastries and related items, learning from an experienced culinary team while delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.
The ideal candidate has previous kitchen experience, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, and a genuine passion for fresh, seasonal produce. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required.
