Little Stars Florina PTY LTD Shepparton, VIC 3630 Salary: $80,000 + Superannuation Position: Full time Child Care Worker Little Stars Florina Pty Ltd, trading as Little Stars Early Learning, located at Shepparton, VIC is seeking a passionate, caring and experienced Full-Time Child Care Worker to join our dedicated early childhood education team. Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in accordance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies.
n
- Assist in implementing educational programs and daily routines that promote children's physical, emotional, social and cognitive development.
n
- Support children's learning through play-based experiences and age-appropriate activities.
n
- Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
n
- Assist children with daily routines including meals, hygiene, rest and personal care while encouraging independence.
n




- Observe children's development and contribute to documentation of learning and developmental milestones.
n
- Ensure a safe, clean and engaging indoor and outdoor learning environment.
n
- Follow all health, safety, child protection and hygiene procedures, including maintaining appropriate supervision at all times.

- Work collaboratively with
n

n

Early Childhood Teachers and Educators to support the delivery of the educational program.

n

n
- Participate in team meetings, professional development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
n

n

Skills & Requirements

n

n
- Certificate III in
n

n

Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).

n

n
- Minimum three years' relevant experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.
n
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and
n

n

Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

n

n
- Current
n

n

Working with Children Check (Victoria) or eligibility to obtain one.

n

n
- Current
n

n

First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates (or willingness to obtain).

n

n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- A caring, patient and positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
