Job Description
Anglicare Southern Queensland are currently recruiting for 3 Systems Trainers to join our Transformation team based in Fortitude Valley on a fixed term contract until the end of November 2026.
n
The overall purpose of the Systems Trainer role is to develop and deliver application-based training to users of Anglicare Southern Queensland. The role includes the planning, design, implementation, and delivery of system training related learning and development (L&D;) activities, supporting both existing and recent system implementation
n
The role will support the Transformation team to develop and deliver training artefacts and activities and will work as integral part of the project team, playing a vital role in supporting successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Design, develop and deliver training and materials to develop capability in client/care management systems
n
- Effectively lead all training aspects of the project to successfully deliver a comprehensive program of activities to support the change
n
- Design and facilitate workshops, lead face-to-face and online training
n
- Apply a change management approach to create and implement actionable change and training programs, including risk assessments, training assessments, resistance management plans etc.
n
- Provide implementation advice to project team members, business stakeholders and executives on training roll-out issues
n
- Identify, monitor, and document gaps in application training requirements and end user issues and develop plans to address these issues
n
- Review learning needs and skill gap analyses and provide advice and solutions to support the effective delivery of the training
n
- Develop and deliver Service specific programs and activities using flexible and blended delivery methods and applying adult learning principles to enhance accessibility

What we are looking for
n
n
- System Trainer experience and availability for an immediate start
n
- Strong background in best practice L&D;, including in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of system and process training deliverables
n
- Experience in a similar role, providing change and/or training support
n
- Experience in conducting and documenting Training Needs Analysis, learning outcomes/knowledge transfer assessment, scheduling and delivery of training courses, and training evaluation.
n
- Able to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal stakeholders
n
- Relevant experience working in the health, social and community services sector (desirable)
n
n
Successful candidates will also need to provide a National Police Certificate & Drivers Licence.
