Responsibilities
n
n
- Perform comprehensive data analysis: data discovery, business rules definition, mapping across multiple systems.
n
- Design business intelligence solutions: develop Power BI dashboards and wireframes to translate data insights into executive decisions.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders: document data and reporting requirements, ensuring accurate functional specifications.
n
- Support program initiatives: manage data‐analysis components of projects, cross‐functional coordination, and delivery of data‐driven insights.
n

Qualifications & Experience
n
n
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI; ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
n
- Experience in large organisations and in developing business‐intelligence dashboards.
n
- Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills with a collaborative focus.
n
- Proficiency in source‐system analysis, data mapping, and data wrangling.
n
- Familiarity with building predictive models, AI/ML and channel analysis.
n
- Demonstrated service excellence and teamwork.
