About The Role

n

This is not a typical admin or reception role — and it's not a high-pressure sales role either.

n

As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll help existing clients understand the value of their annual financial review and book them in with one of our Financial Advisers.

n

You'll often be one of the first and most consistent voices our clients hear from PictureWealth, so your ability to build trust, communicate clearly and create a positive experience will be key.

n

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by outcomes and passionate about delivering genuine client care.

n

What You'll Be Responsible For

n

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

n

- Calling existing clients to book and confirm annual review appointments with Financial Advisers
n
- Explaining the purpose and value of the review in a clear, helpful and professional way
n
- Following up with clients for information, documents and service agreement completionHandling inbound and outbound calls with empathy, energy and confidence
n
- Supporting advisers with calendar management, scheduling and workflow coordination
n
- Updating client records and keeping CRM/internal systems accurate and up to date
n
- Helping ensure each client journey is smooth, organised and well-managed from start to finish
n

What You'll Bring

- Motivated, reliable and comfortable in a high-volume environment
n
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
n
- Comfortable following up with clients professionally without being pushy
n
- Commercially aware and confident working in an appointment-setting or outcomes-driven role
n
- Positive, coachable and keen to learn
n
- A strong communicator who takes ownership and follows things through
n

n

Experience in phone-based customer service, sales, appointment setting, retention or client support would be highly regarded.

n

Experience using CRM systems or working in financial services, real estate, health, education, hospitality or another people-focused industry would also be beneficial.

n

You don't need to come from financial advice — we'll teach you the industry side. What matters most is that you're confident speaking with people, eager to learn and willing to put in the work.
