This established Crow's Nest studio has built a strong reputation across retail, residential and civic sectors, working closely with repeat clients and delivering complex projects with consistency. With a major shopping centre project now underway, they're looking to bring in a Project Architect to help drive coordination through to completion.

You'll be working directly with the builder, consultants and client-side team, playing a key role in keeping the project moving, resolving issues on site and ensuring documentation aligns with delivery.

What you'll be doing

- Work closely with builder, consultants and project stakeholders
n
- Resolve technical issues and maintain design intent on site
n
- Manage documentation updates and information flow
n
- Support programme alignment and construction milestones
n
- Ensure smooth delivery through to completion
n

What you'll need

- Strong Revit capability across documentation
n
- Experience delivering large‐scale projects through construction
n
- Exposure to retail, mixed‐use or commercial developments
n
- Confident working with builders and multidisciplinary teams
n
- Solid understanding of construction phase coordination
n
- Proactive approach with ability to problem‐solve on the go
