About the Role

The Service Desk Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering high-quality support services across incidents, requests, change activities and service continuity tasks. Working closely with customers, end users and technical teams, you will help ensure service excellence across multiple secure environments.

Duties include but are not limited to

- Coordinate and resolve incidents, requests and support activities within service level targets.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to provide clear, professional communication and support.
- Support change planning, service transitions and operational improvements.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles and reports.
- Identify service risks, trends and improvement opportunities to enhance customer outcomes.

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience in a Service Desk, Technical Support or IT Operations role.
- Strong incident management, prioritisation and problem-solving capabilities.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and competing priorities.
- Ability to work within Windows and Linux ICT environments and quickly learn recent technologies
- Experience using Jira, Confluence or similar service management platforms.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this position you must:

- Have relevant experience in Service Desk, Technical Support or IT Operations.
- Be an Australian Citizen.
- Hold a current NV2 security clearance.
- Be able to work onsite from a secure area
- Be willing to participate in an on-call support roster.
