Expression of Interest – Change Analysts

We are anticipating several upcoming requirements for experienced Change Analysts to support technology and business transformation programs across a range of leading Australian organisations. These will either be contract or permanent engagements with hybrid working arrangements and potential for extensions.

What You'll Typically Work On

n

- Supporting the delivery of change activities across technology and business transformation programs.
n
- Preparing change artefacts such as impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communications, and training material.
n
- Partnering with Change Leads, Project Managers, SMEs, and broader program teams.
n
- Coordinating engagement activities including workshops, briefings, and readiness checks.
n
- Maintaining documentation, tracking actions, and supporting adoption activities across complex environments.
n




- Contributing to implementation planning, user readiness, and post-go-live reviews.
n

About You

n

n
- Experience delivering or supporting change across technology programs.
n
- Exposure to multiple industries or organisational settings (e.g., Financial Services, Government, Higher Education, Utilities, Corporate).
n
- Strong documentation skills and a structured approach to capturing change impacts and stakeholder needs.
n
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
n
- The ability to work in fast‐paced, complex transformation environments.
n
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‐solving skills.
