A Central Queensland Hospital requires a Specialist in Anaesthetics for the period 05/05/2026 – 30/07/2026.

- 01/06/2026 – 30/07/2026

- 03/06/2026 – 28/06/2026

- 08/06/2026 – 18/06/2026

- 24/06/2026 – 08/07/2026
n
- 15/07/2026 – 30/07/2026
n
- 20/07/2026 – 30/07/2026
n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Perform at least one on‐call shift per week.
n
- Provide supervisory on‐call shifts (phone advice) as required.
n
- Follow fatigue management policy: minimum 10‐hour break after an on‐call shift; may result in a day off or a partial shift the next day.
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Registered Specialist in Anaesthetics; Staff Specialist (FANZCA) preferred, provisional fellow considered if required.
n

n
