SAP Delivery & Operations Manager leading a specialised recruitment team providing SAP consultants across Australia & Internationally

This is a 12-month contract and will plan, develop, lead and deliver training for an SAP S/4 transformation in Melbourne. On-site in Melbourne information applies.

Responsibilities

n

- Design and implement a comprehensive training strategy for end users and stakeholders
n
- Lead and mentor a small team of training specialists
n
- Collaborate closely with functional leads and change management teams
n
- Ensure training aligns with project milestones and business readiness goals
n
- Deliver engaging, effective learning experiences across SAP modules
n

What you bring

n

n
- Proven experience in SAP training delivery, ideally with SAP S/4HANA experience
n




- Experience across at least two of the following: Finance, Procurement & HCM
n
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
- Melbourne-based or willing to work in office in Melbourne
n
