About the job Trainer & Assessor: BSB60420 - Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management

We are urgently looking for a Trainer & Assessor to deliver BSB60420 - Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management

n

Duties include but are not limited to:

n

n
- Delivering training, assessment and student services that adhere to the principles of access and equity, meet the individual needs of students, and maximize outcomes for students.
n
- Conducting assessment and making assessment decisions in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence
n
- Validating, moderating,



and continuously improving assessment tools and processes, and moderating assessment decisions
n
- Actively engaging in ongoing career development to ensure the continued currency of VET knowledge and skills, industry skills / vocational competence, and trainer / assessor competence
n

n

All applicants need to have:

n

Certificate IV in TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units

n

Currency Documents

n

Proof of PDs done in the last year

n
