Your current role

As a Payroll Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Working within a dedicated payroll service team, your responsibilities will include:

- managing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
n
- Processing end-to-end payroll and establishment transactions
n
- Validating payroll information to ensure accuracy and compliance
n
- Providing administrative support including data entry, spreadsheet management and document preparation
n
- Delivering high-quality customer service and responding to payroll-related enquiries
n
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal stakeholders
n
- Assisting with process improvements and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Supporting a collaborative team environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines
n

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous payroll, administration or data processing experience
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
