Right at Home Melbourne North (South Morang) is looking for a female personal care worker (PCW).

n

MUST BE HAPPY TO TRAVEL WITH OWN CAR.

n

You will be providing care for every client's individual needs in the comfort of their own home. Your assigned tasks are instructed by registered nurses in the client care plan.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing and toileting
n
- Assisting clients with meal preparation
n
- Providing companionship and emotional support
n
- Driving clients to appointments and social activities
n
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client's health and/or wellbeing and promptly reporting to RN
n
- Accurately and thoroughly documenting services provided into Visual Care app
n

Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 1 year experience in community care (dementia care experience preferred)
n
- Cert III in aged care
n
- First aid and CPR
n
- NDIS screen check
n
- Working with children check
n
- Driver's license and own car with comprehensive car insurance
n

n

Qualifications

n

CERTIFICATE 3 OR 4 IN INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT OR EQUIVALENT
