The Role

Duties

n

n
- Provide accurate and timely migration advice and assistance across a variety of visa sub-classes




n
- Prepare and lodge precise visa applications to the Department of Home Affairs (DHA)
n
- Liaise with the DHA and related stakeholders including skill assessment authorities
n
- Continuously expand and maintain a knowledge base of migration legislation and policies
n
- Create and preserve the client base and relationships by participating in existing business development activities
n
- Act in accordance with the Code of Conduct is administered by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) in Australia
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Demonstrable ability to manage time and work with deadlines
n
- Capacity to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
n
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
n
- Current MARA registration
n
- Completion of Graduate Certificate in Migration Law
n
