Nib Dental Sydney CBD is one of our busiest centres – operating up to 18 dental chairs during peak periods – and we are looking for multiple experienced Dental Assistants to join the team in permanent full‐time positions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Chairside assisting across a broad range of general and complex dental procedures.
n
- Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians across a high‐volume, fast‐paced centre.
n
- Performing sterilisation and infection control.
n
- Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
n
- Supporting smooth day‐to‐day operations across a large, multi‐chair centre.
n
- Working collaboratively within a large, professional team.
n

About You
n

- Dental Assistant experience preferred.
n
- Confident all‐rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation.
n
- Comfortable working in a busy, high‐volume clinical environment.
n
- Strong understanding of infection control standards.
n
- Reliable, adaptable and team‐focused.
n
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
n
- Available Monday to Friday.
