CONSTANT is seeking professional and reliable Patrol Officers to join our NSW operations team across overnight shifts. This role goes beyond static guarding - you'll be responsible for mobile patrols, alarm responses, site inspections, incident response, and maintaining a strong visible security presence across multiple client locations.

n

You'll play a critical role in protecting people, property, and businesses while delivering exceptional customer service and skilled support during after-hours operations.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Conducting scheduled mobile patrols across different sites
n
- Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergency callouts in a timely and professional manner
n
- Performing lock-up and unlock services for client premises
n
- Completing site inspections and identifying security risks or hazards
n
- Maintaining accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift updates using reporting systems
n
- Liaising with emergency services, clients, and internal operations teams when required
n
- Providing a strong and visible security presence to deter unlawful activity
n
- Delivering professional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships
n
- Following company procedures and compliance requirements at all times
n

Who We're Looking For

- Experienced Security Officers with patrol or mobile response experience preferred
n
- Professionals who are confident working independently during overnight operations
n




- Candidates with strong situational awareness, communication skills, and professionalism
n

What You'll Need

n

- Current NSW Security Licence (mandatory)
n
- Current Driver Licence with a clean driving record
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
n
- Full working rights in Australia
