We are seeking a motivated graduate to join Costa Wholesale &Distribution; in Epping, Victoria.

This is a permanentfull-time graduate opportunity where you'll combine structured development withfirsthand exposure across sales, customer service, supply chain operations andbusiness decision-making.

Working alongsideexperienced sales and operational leaders, you'll gain insights into therelationships and decisions that drive wholesale produce markets, building yourunderstanding of customer needs, market dynamics, pricing strategies andbusiness performance. Operating on apredominantly early morning roster, you'll see how fresh produce moves throughthe supply chain and reaches customers each day, gaining exposure to a criticalpart of Costa's operations.

Aboutthis position:

As agraduate within Costa Wholesale & Distribution, you'll build experienceacross customer engagement, business operations and commercial activities whiledeveloping a practical understanding of what drives success in the freshproduce industry.

The pace ofthe wholesale produce market creates constant opportunities to learn andcontribute.



You might spend a morning supporting customer orders and analysingsales activity, before working alongside operational teams or participating incustomer, grower or supplier engagements later in the day.

Aboutyou:

We're looking for graduates who are curious, commercially minded andexcited by the opportunity to build relationships, solve problems and learn howa fast-moving business operates. You may have recently completed (or be in yourfinal year of) a degree in:

- Agribusiness
- Business
- Commerce
- Marketing
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Agriculture
- Or a related discipline

You will also:

- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Have well-developed organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Show initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Be eager to learn and develop within a commercial setting
- Work collaboratively across teams and functions
- Be interested in customer relationships, sales and commercialperformance
- Be willing and able to work a predominantly early morning roster
- Hold a current Australian driver's licence
- Have full Australian working rights
- Willingness and ability to perform the inherentrequirements of the role, including manual handling activities and safelylifting and moving products when required
