The Chance

n

Our client is seeking an experienced Systems and Insights Specialist to act as the dedicated data analyst and business systems specialist aligned to the People and Safety Optimisation function.

n

The Role

n

You will lead the development, maintenance and enhancement of people and safety analytics, while building deep expertise in the business systems used by the function. Acting as a conduit between the business and technology teams, you will help optimise systems (including ServiceNow HRSD), improve data integrity, and enable better outcomes through insight‐driven decision‐making.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a people analytics and reporting framework
n
- Analyse workforce and safety data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
n




- Build high‐value dashboards and reports using BI platforms
n
- Deliver high‐quality ad hoc reporting and scalable reporting solutions
n
- Apply data governance and privacy principles to people data
n
- Maintain deep understanding of people‐related business systems
n
- Partner with technology teams to design and implement system enhancements
n
- Perform data querying, testing and analysis to support reporting and initiatives
n

What You'll Need

n

Essential

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in ICT, Data Science, or equivalent experience
n
- Strong technical capability in enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)
n
- Coding skills to support data analysis and process mapping (BPMN/UML)
n
- Working knowledge of HR concepts and systems
n
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate insights to non‐technical stakeholders
