n An exciting opportunity has opened for anIntermediate Estimatorto join a growing construction business with a strong pipeline of work and an ambitious plan to expand into new sectors.
n This is a great prospect for an estimator with4+years' experience, particularly someone who has built their career aroundretail constructionand is ready to take greater ownership of tenders from start to finish.
n The business has a strong reputation across the retail sector and is continuing to grow, with a current pipeline of approximately$200Mand around12 live projectsunderway.

The Role
n Reporting into the Estimating Manager and working as part of an established estimating team, you'll be involved in pricing a wide range of projects, with the opportunity to take ownership of your own tenders.

n

You'll have the opportunity to work on projects ranging from approximately$5M to $50M, with a number of upcoming projects sitting around the$20M mark.

n

Your Background

n

We're specifically looking for an estimator with:

n

n
- 4+ years' estimating experience within commercial construction.
n
- Strong experience acrossretail construction.
n
- Experience estimating projects such as:n n
- Large-format retail
n
- Big-box retail
n
- Supermarkets
n
- Shopping centres
n
- Retail rollouts
n
- Large commercial fit-outs
n

n
- Strong understanding of the construction process acrossarchitectural, structural, civil and services packages.
n
- Experience taking tendersfrom start to finish, rather than only working on individual estimating packages.
n
- Strong subcontractor and supplier engagement skills.
n
- Good commercial understanding and attention to detail.
n




- Experience withCubitis essential.
n
- The ability to confidently manage your own tenders while working collaboratively with the wider estimating and construction team.
n

The business has traditionally specialised heavily inretail construction, delivering projects across some of Australia's largest retail brands.

n

Typical project values range from$5M–$50M, with a strong pipeline of projects around$20M+currently coming through.

n

The business is also entering an exciting growth phase, looking to expand its project portfolio into sectors including:
