We are seeking a professional and highly organised and warm Client Services Officer to join a well-regarded financial services firm. This role is ideal for someone with an administration support background across an accounting or financial advisory firm who enjoyed supporting a high performing and established team.

The role

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth client interactions and efficient internal processes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and distributing client packages electronically
n
- Communicating with clients and internal teams
n
- Managing databases and ensuring records are up-to-date
n
- Reviewing and updating portal information, reporting, and following up on outstanding items
n
- Assisting with invoicing and debtor follow-ups
n
- Handling general administrative tasks, correspondence, and electronic filing
n
- Supporting meetings, including room bookings and partner diary management
n
- Providing reception relief and answering calls as required
n
- Maintaining daily timesheets
n

About You
n

- Prior administration support within an accounting or financial services firm.
n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
- Professional and discreet in handling sensitive client information
n
- Confident using accounting software and online portals
n
- Proactive and able to work independently while supporting the wider team.
