An exciting prospect has arisen for a creative and connected PR & Social Specialist to join our Unison team!

n

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, this role focuses on driving brand engagement across PR, influencer marketing and social media. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing Coordinator to build compelling content and campaigns that connect with our fashion-forward community.

n

THE ROLE:

n

n
- Plan and deliver content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
n
- Execute on-brand social strategies aligned with trade, brand, and campaign goals
n
- Collaborate with designers and creatives to bring compelling content to life
n
- Build and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors
n
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, product seeding, and campaign activity
n
- Report on performance and evolve strategies to improve impact and ROI
n
- Support key PR campaigns – from product launches to store openings
n
- Drive media outreach and seek organic opportunities for brand exposure
n
- Assist in planning for store launches and key in-store experiences
n
- Deliver regular analysis on campaign and event success
n
- Assist on styling days and lend a hand during campaign shoots as required
n
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
n

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

n

n
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or a related field
n
- 2–3 years' experience in PR, social or influencer marketing (fashion, beauty or lifestyle ideal)
n
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
n
- A great eye for content and emerging social trends
n
- Understanding of digital metrics, including Meta and TikTok analytics
n
- Super organised with a knack for managing multiple projects
n
- Familiarity with tools like Sprout, Later, or Meltwater is a plus
n
