We are looking for Customer Experience Evaluators (CXEs) based in Canberra, Australia who are keen on sharing their opinion about their experience in a luxury store. As a CXE, you will conduct discreet evaluations of your favourite luxury brands in markets such as beauty, fashion, jewellery,



watches or automobiles and give us your feedback.

Requirements

- Current customer of premium and luxury brands
n
- Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality
n
- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
n
- Observant and passionate about customer experience
n
- No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers
