Reporting into the Executive Leadership Team, the responsibilities of the role includes:

- Leading the national engineering strategy across multiple manufacturing facilities
n
- Managing a multi-million dollar capital investment program from concept through to commissioning
n
- Driving maintenance strategy and engineering best practice to improve asset reliability and plant performance
n
- Providing technical leadership and support to site Engineering and Maintenance teams
n
- Standardising engineering processes, systems and asset management practices across the national network
n
- Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Executive stakeholders to deliver strategic business objectives
n
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, efficiency and equipment performance
n
- Supporting site engineering teams with major shutdowns, equipment upgrades and manufacturing expansions, with a particular focus on the company's flagship production facility
n

Your Background
n
In order to be successful in this role, you will be:
n
n
- Tertiary qualified in Mechanical,
Electrical or related Engineering discipline
n
- An experienced Engineering Manager, National Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Leader within an FMCG manufacturing environment
n
- Highly experienced delivering large-scale CAPEX projects across multiple manufacturing sites
n
- Strong in maintenance strategy, asset management and engineering leadership
n
- Commercially minded with experience managing engineering budgets and capital investment
n
- A collaborative leader capable of influencing stakeholders from the production floor through to executive leadership
n
- Experienced within food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical or another regulated manufacturing setting
n
n
