n $80,000–$95,000 + Super (Depending on Experience)

An established and growing construction business based in North Melbourne is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join its finance team.

n

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected organisation in a fast-paced environment where you'll take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function and work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
n
- High-volume invoice processing, matching and coding
n
- Supplier statement reconciliations
n
- Preparing and processing payment runs
n
- Resolving supplier queries and invoice discrepancies
n
- Maintaining accurate financial records
n
- Assisting with month-end close and reporting
n
- Supporting the wider finance team as required
n
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
n

About YouTo be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

n

n
- 3–10 years' Accounts Payable experience
n




- Previous experience working within the construction industry (essential)
n
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
n
- Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
