The role of Store Associate at our Erina Fair store involves creating a welcoming shopping experience by understanding customer needs, sharing product knowledge, and representing the UNIQLO brand with pride.

Key Responsibilities

- Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
n
- Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
n
- Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
n
- Processing deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back‐of‐house areas.
n
- Replenishing stock and implementing display changes on the shop floor.
n

Essential Skills and Experience

n

n
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
n
- Must be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
n
- Exceptional organisational and time‐management skills.
n
- Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
n
- Desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.

Working Hours

n

This full‐time role requires flexibility to work a range of shifts, including morning, night, weekends and public holidays. Some shifts may start early or finish late, so reliable transportation to and from the store is essential.
