Responsibilities

- Develop the business case for the SCADA Upgrade Project, including requirements, financial analysis, strategic alignment, and benefits.
n
- Facilitate working group sessions across all projects.
n
- Elicit and document business requirements, ensuring stakeholder endorsement.
n
- Support Digital Program Governance processes.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SCADA or Transmission/Distribution OT utilities.
n
- Robust analytical and stakeholder‐management skills.
n
- Experience with digital program governance and financial analysis is preferred.
n
