As an Assistant Insurance Adviser, you'll work closely with our team of advisers across the full client lifecycle. This role is a stepping stone for someone goal-oriented who wants to build their career within Confio, with a clear path toward an Insurance Adviser role and beyond.

Key responsibilities

Supporting advisers through the renewals process, from preparation through to completion

Liaising directly with clients to manage queries, gather information, and keep them informed

Assisting with new business preparation and documentation

Keeping client records and policy details accurate and up to date in our CRM

Providing day-to-day administrative support to your senior adviser and the wider team

About you

No prior broking experience required, though familiarity with platforms like Sunrise is a bonus

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications; HubSpot experience is highly regarded
