Due to project wins, we are actually seeking 2x experienced Project Managers - Ideally you will have tier 1 or tier 2 experience with project valued north of $60m HVAC / Mechanical value.
This clients and head contractors working on this project are some of the best in the business so a great way to build up your network and connections as well as working on this iconic project.

What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of the HVAC package for a cutting-edge data centre / commercial construction project.
- Manage all HVAC works including design, installation, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, contractors, and the wider project team to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and project documentation.
- Manage budget, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in electrical project management in construction.
- Proven track record delivering electrical works on health care or large commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems
- Ideally have delivered projects between above $15m HVAC Value - Desired, not essential
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
