Typical Responsibilities

n

Depending on the opportunity, you will play a key role in the estimating and tendering process, working closely with clients, project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver accurate, competitive and commercially sound pricing.

n

Responsibilities may include;

n

n
- Preparing accurate estimates and competitive tenders
n
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documentation
n
- Obtaining and negotiating subcontractor and supplier pricing
n
- Preparing BOQs, cost plans and tender submissions
n
- Identifying project risks and commercial opportunities
n
- Attending site inspections and pre-tender meetings
n
- Working closely with Project Managers, Directors and delivery teams
n
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers
n
- Supporting successful project handovers
n

We're Interested in Speaking with You If You Have

n

n
- Experience estimating within commercial, civil or residential construction
n




- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and tendering processes
n
- The ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings
n
- Excellent commercial and analytical skills
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Experience with estimating software and advanced Microsoft Excel
n
