We're looking for a TM1 & Microsoft Data Platform Developer to strengthen our analytics, planning and reporting capability across the business. If you enjoy solving complex data challenges and building high-quality financial and operational models, this role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact.

About the role
n
n
- Design, develop and maintain TM1/Planning Analytics cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders and TI processes
n
- Manage TM1 system administration, performance, user roles and security
n
- Integrate TM1 with SQL Server, data warehouses, APIs and Microsoft data platforms
n
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, models and reporting assets
n
- Use Python for automation, data preparation and integration
n
- Ensure data quality, integrity, confidentiality and reliability
n
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical TM1 and Power BI solutions
n
- Prepare documentation, provide training and support end users
n
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across analytics and planning systems
n
n
About you
n
n
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or similar
n
- 3+ years' experience with TM1/Planning Analytics development
n
- Robust SQL capability and data-warehousing experience
n
- Proficiency with Power BI, Azure and Microsoft Fabric
n
- Experience using Python for automation and integration
n
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
n
- TM1 or Microsoft certifications (advantageous)
n
- Experience in waste management or related industries (desirable)
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement abilities
n
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
n
- Proactive, curious and committed to continuous improvement
