The successful intern would get exposure to the following duties:

- Prepare 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD.
n
- Operate and program 5-axis and 4-axis CNC machines.
n
- Perform G-code programming for CNC machines.
n
- Conduct quality control and assurance duties.
n
- Manage inventory of raw materials, buffer, and finished goods.
n
- Plan and schedule production activities.
n
- Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
n
n
Skills Required:
n
n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAM software.
n
- Robust knowledge of CNC machine operation and maintenance.
n
- Experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
n
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
n
n
