We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing aftersales team. About the Role
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a critical role in ensuring every customer receives a professional, seamless, and positive experience. Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and managing service bookings
- Consulting with customers regarding vehicle servicing and repair requirements
- Preparing repair orders and job documentation
- Liaising between customers and workshop technicians
- Providing updates on vehicle progress and completion times
- Preparing service estimates and invoices
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally
- Promoting additional services and maintenance recommendations where appropriate
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the service process
About You
To be successful in this role,
you will have:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A professional and customer-centric approach
- The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
- Strong computer and administration skills
- Experience using dealership management systems (desirable)
- A current driver's licence
