We're partnering with a growing Australian organisation looking for an experienced Head of Technology & Digital Transformation to lead its technology strategy and shape the next phase of digital innovation across the business.

This is a true leadership role where you'll influence executive stakeholders, own the technology roadmap and deliver meaningful business outcomes through modern platforms, AI and automation.

What you'll be responsible for

n

n
- Developing and delivering the organisation's technology strategy
n
- Driving AI adoption and governance across the business
n
- Identifying automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency
n
- Optimising Microsoft Business Central and associated business systems
n
- Delivering CRM, ERP and integration projects
n
- Leading technology governance, cybersecurity and risk management
n
- Managing internal technology teams, vendors and strategic partners
n
- Working closely with senior leadership to align technology with commercial objectives
n

We're looking for someone with

n

n
- Experience leading technology or digital transformation functions
n
- Strong Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics 365 experience
n
- Proven success delivering enterprise technology projects
n
- Exposure to AI adoption, automation and systems integration
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement across executive leadership
n
- Robust commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes
n
- Previous experience leading internal technology teams
n
