Our client is seeking a sharp, highly organised Document Controller with 4-5 years of solid experience to jump straight in and hit the ground running. In this pivotal 4-6 month assignment, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and streamlining critical WHS documentation and processes to ensure our operational compliance stays watertight.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- WHS Documentation: Draft, review, update, and manage comprehensive WHS documentation, safety procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Process Optimisation: Identify gaps in current document workflows and implement efficient, structured control processes.
- System Management: Maintain accurate digital records and workflows using SAP C4C.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all safety documents adhere to relevant industry standards and internal governance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with site managers, safety officers,
and team leads to drive seamless documentation practices.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Track Record: 4-5+ years of experience in dedicated Document Controller roles.
- WHS Expertise: Strong, direct experience creating and managing Work Health & Safety (WHS) documentation and compliance processes.
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience using SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) online is essential for this role.
- Immediate Availability: Ready to start ASAP and hit the ground running.
- Onsite Commitment: Ability to work full-time onsite 5 days a week.
