Property & Business Development Coordinator

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a Property & Business Development Coordinator to join our Brisbane team and work directly alongside the directors and senior consultants of a boutique commercial building consultancy.

You’ll be involved in the client and business development side of PEP — helping us build relationships, identify new opportunities and keep our sales pipeline moving.

This isn’t a traditional sales role where you’ll be expected to independently close deals, and it’s not purely an administration role either. It’s an opportunity to learn how relationships, opportunities and business development work within the commercial property industry.

Key responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients, commercial property projects and new business opportunities
- Maintain and coordinate our CRM, sales pipeline, leads and follow-up activities
- Follow up existing clients, prospective clients and previous opportunities
- Support the directors in developing and maintaining long‑term client relationships
- Coordinate new enquiries from initial contact through to proposal and engagement
- Assist with preparing, coordinating and following up fee proposals and capability information
- Research commercial property transactions, developments, property owners, funds and developers
- Identify opportunities within existing client relationships and previous projects
- Coordinate business development meetings, follow-ups and actions
- Keep client and opportunity information accurate and up to date
- Assist with marketing, project profiles, capability statements and other business development initiatives

About you

We don't expect you to have years of experience. For us, attitude, communication skills and a genuine interest in property matter more.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Genuinely enjoys property,



construction or commercial real estate
- Is confident communicating with clients and professionals
- Is naturally personable and enjoys building relationships
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Is comfortable picking up the phone and following up opportunities
- Takes initiative rather than waiting for every task to be assigned
- Is commercially curious and interested in how businesses grow and retain clients
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Can manage multiple priorities and keep on top of outstanding actions

Previous experience in property, real estate, construction, sales support or professional services would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.

This could also be a great prospect for a property or business graduate looking to start their career in the commercial property industry.
