We're looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Producer to take ownership of our social presence and help shape how our brand connects with customers, candidates, and employees across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms.

n

This is a hands on role where you'll be responsible for the entire content journey, from concept development and content planning through to filming, editing, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis.

n

You'll have the opportunity to:

n

- Create engaging short-form video and visual content
n
- Own and manage social media content calendars
n
- Develop creative campaigns aligned with brand and business goals
n
- Engage with online communities and build audience advocacy
n
- Analyse performance data and optimise content strategy to support business objectives, audience growth, lead generation and customer acquisition
n
- Collaborate with external content production, creative and paid performance agency partners to maximise campaign effectiveness and brand reach
n
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates,



and emerging social conversations
n

We're looking for someone who brings:

n
- 3+ years' experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role
n
- Solid video editing and content production skills
n
- Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
n
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability
n
- A strong understanding of social media trends and platform nuances across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
n
- A balance of creative thinking and data driven decision making
n
