The business has multiple divisions who collectively delivers high quality New Build & Refurbishment projects across the Residential, Mixed-use, Commercial, Education, Health, Aged Care, Hospitality, Industrial, Defence, Correctional, Religious, Community, Data / Tech & Retail sectors of construction on projects ranging in value from $10Mil - $250Mil +

Role Responsibilities:

n

n
- Oversee multiple projects
n
- Management of site teams
n
- Prepare construction programs
n
- Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally
n
- Manage budget and financial aspects of project
n
- Oversee costing and quality control
n
- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
n

n

Role Requirements:

n

n




- Have a minimum of 4 -8 years' experience in construction across the relevant sectors and project sizes
n
- Be highly organised and manage time effectively
n
- Have strong project management skills (min 3 years' experience in Australia)
n
- Have extensive experience across commercial, retail, government, education, aged care, residential and industrial for both the private and public sector clients.
n
- Have a working knowledge of contract administration, estimating, programming, sub-contractor, and client liaison roles
n
