We're partnering with a well-established organisation to find an experienced Change Analyst to join a high profile transformation program.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with stakeholders and driving successful business change outcomes.

You'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end change activities across business initiatives, ensuring people are engaged, prepared and supported throughout the change journey.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks, opportunities and business impacts.
n
- Develop and execute change management, communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
n
- Support business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of change.
n
- Create training materials and facilitate training sessions where required.
n
- Engage with stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships and providing trusted change advice.
n
- Monitor and report on change progress, stakeholder sentiment and adoption metrics.
n




- Contribute to continuous improvement of change practices and frameworks.
n

About You

n

n
- 4+ years experience in a dedicated Change Analyst role.
n
- Demonstrated experience supporting business and technology change initiatives.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Experience developing communications, training materials and business readiness plans.
n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Experience working within Agile environments is advantageous.
n
- Financial services or other regulated industry experience is highly regarded.
n
